Follow these three simple steps to receive money!
After receiving the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) from the sender, go to the nearest CG Finco agent location.
Submit your MTCN number, Valid ID and additional details (if required) to the counter representative.
Once your details have been verified and processed, you will receive your payment. Ensure you get a payment receipt and verify that the amount received is correct.
